This is a fully channeled message and not from medical lens. We will also go over some foods that negatively affect your Ascension Symptoms, keeping you in loops of emotional and mental purgatory.
To fully understand your surface level symptoms, you must dive deeper underneath. Neurotransmitters are Chemical messengers of the body which transfer messages between neurons via the nervous system. In the Pyramidal Neuron diagram, you will notice the importance of these neurons in receiving messages from the spiritual realms. Messages are received via light particles we call Light Codes that descend your Pillar of Light and enter a highway of light within the body called your Central Nervous System (CNS).

Forcing the neurotransmitters to do things you want them to do will cause immense damage to your DNA, Central Nervous and Nervous Systems. Expanding the consciousness to align the Mind and Body with Spirit is the key to Enlightenment.
Brain activity and the constant flow of neurotransmitters heavily influence mitochondrial behavior. You will see in the Neurotransmitters diagrams some of the Major Players along with symptoms when these are not balanced. Let us now shift to a deeper understanding of Mitochondrial DNA, starting with how seed oils can cause negative effects.
Seed Oil Damages DNA
Seed oil damages mitochondrial DNA due to their high concentrations of linoleic acid (LA), an omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid. LA degenerates cardiolipia, which is a critical lipid in the mitochondrial membrane. This causes reduced energy production, drives insulin resistance, and elevates cellular inflammation. Cardiolipin is important because inner mitochondrial membrane is heavily composed of it. LA incorporates directly into this molecule, making it highly susceptible to oxidation. When oxidized LA alters the structure of cardiolipin, the mitochondria struggle to generate cellular energy (ATP). This breakdown forces cells to rely on less efficient energy pathways, which is strongly linked to the onset of metabolic syndrome and insulin resistance.
When mitochondria struggle to generate energy (ATP), your cells face an immediate fuel shortage. Because this forces the body into an energy crisis, you experience symptoms like chronic fatigue, brain fog, and muscle weakness. This can also lead to progressive organ failure where the high-demand organs are damaged first, such as the brain and the heart because they consume the most energy. A lack of ATP directly causes neurological issues (like cognitive decline and developmental delays), poor heart function (cardiomyopathy), and eye/ear degradation.
This immediate fuel shortage also disrupts glucose processing, greatly increasing your risk of developing metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes. When energy production drops, stressed mitochondria often leak free radicals (Reactive Oxygen Species). This damages the cells and triggers apoptosis (cell death), which leads to chronic inflammation and can spur neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
In summary, a diet rich in omega-6 PUFA and Seed Oil (corn, sunflower, soybean) for only 4 weeks instigates mitochondrial nitrosative damage and causes cardiac dysfunction. Image what this does during a lifetime.
FOOD HIGH IN SEED OIL:
· Restaurant & Fried Foods: French fries, fried chicken, chicken wings, and battered or tempura appetizers.
· Condiments & Sauces: Mayonnaise, salad dressings, tartar sauce, aioli, and bottled marinades.
· Packaged Snacks: Potato chips, tortilla chips, crackers, pretzels, and microwave popcorn.
· Convenience & Frozen Meals: Frozen pizza, frozen potatoes, breaded meats, and microwaveable dinners.
· Baked Goods & Bars: Store-bought cookies, pastries, granola bars, and protein or nutrition bars.
· "Health" Foods: Certain vegan spreads, plant-based meat alternatives, and commercial nut butters that add oils to prevent separation.

Under the Energy Centers section of that book, you will see that the Crown Chakra is directly related to DNA along with the Central Nervous System. Let us recap one of the messages on this from the Angels:
EMF (electromagnetic fields) can alter the blood which in turn alters the DNA. In our previous blog we went over the importance of keeping your Radio Tower balanced. This is heavily impacted today by EMF along with other invisible frequencies. In that blog we went over how damaging static in a Lightworker’s channel harms the collective as well as the Earth Grids.
Now let us shift to understand how this affect your Nonlinear EMF and your Pineal Gland. Let us read from our book The Emerald Tablets: 144 Divine Pymander under the very first chapter THE KEY:
“This three-tone keynote stimulates the thalamus and creates an alignment of the crystalline pyramid within your brain (T1:V28). This helps to balance the North and South node of the body, so that your NEMF (nonlinear electric magnetic fields) becomes aligned. Nonlinear is zero-point energy that operates in the NOW, meaning the God Space outside of the walls of time.
Around the material body are rings of Nonlinear EMFs (Electric Magnetic Fields). NEMF1 emits waves that fuel the Ego Mind, which is connected to the Astral Plane, that can directly impact your physical reality. NEMF2 houses your subconscious, which is fueled by the Higher Mind (Spiritual Brain). The NEMF2 is an informational field that does NOT dissipate after a physical death but is eternal. The NEMF2 houses your Emotional Body. When a person is in a positive + vibrational field, meaning heart-based energies, then the Aura spins faster in a CLOCKWISE fashion. This produces harmonic waves of energy that emit pollen to your physical body that the Seraphim call Gold Dust. In nonlinear physics we learn that clockwise spinning energy creates vortices to allow external nonlinear energy in (T1:V26). This creates an opening at your Crown Chakra to allow your Spiritual Honey to feed directly into your Medulla, which is your Golden Chalice depicted in the previous images. This is taught in the Pearl Code books as your 9th Chakra and is part of the Midbrain area. MRI testing has shown that when someone is in Negative – vibrational fields, it causes the middle part of the brain to be dark. Where Positive + fields illuminate the entire brain and make it less dense.
Studies have also shown that the Negative vibrational fields expands the DMN (Default Mode Network) of the brain, which overtime this can completely restructure your brain network. Because this disconnects you from the NEMF2, which is your Emotional Body, it causes that emotional numbness to occur while also weakening your Aura causing the body to no longer be energized. Over time this will completely close off Chakras starting with your 9th Chakra. It is at this point when the NEMF is spinning counterclockwise, that it starts to pull energy from the grid of Earth. Russian Scientists have written that if 500 million people are frightened, the dropping of Earth’s Magnetic Field would feel like a magnetic storm. The DNA of all living species upon Earth and the grid of Earth connect to a degree within the sphere of time. Masters of the Shadows know this, and this is why division, distortion, and waged wars of fear enslave one within a degree of time-space.”

The reason this is called that is because it literally is filled with the life-force energy and poured into your body. This is fed by your 9th Chakra (see diagram in the Vagus Nerve Symptoms Chapter) which is known as the God Portal or Mouth of God. When this Chakra opens, Christos light is filled into it. When the cup becomes full it turns over and pours this energy into the body. This causes that sudden bliss feeling.”

This sudden bliss overtime will fully ignite your Light Body. This is the very Armor of Light that shields you from all lower vibrational energies so that YOU can fully ascend and break that chains of flesh. It acts like the Tesla’s Death Ray protecting you from all invadable forces. This is the same Teleforce energy that protects higher dimensional fields from lower matter entry. Disintegrating lower elemental forces such as physical body.

To become illuminated from the finger of God is to discover the Holy Grail within you. This was deeply coded and hidden in The Emerald Tablets, which we fully decoded for the first time in history.
